Mentorship
The mentors are usually senior and experienced researchers from the government and private sector. They are competitively recruited for 3 to 12 months to provide mentorship to the younger researchers while carrying out research on various policy issues. The mentorship programme enables the Institute to leverage on analytical skills and practical experience that it may not be able to hire on full time long term basis.
